Although we always try to dispatch orders as soon as possible please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your Artwork. Please email us prior to purchase if you have an urgent request and we endeavour to get your order to you by the date required. Danni’s pieces are as individual as our clients needs, so as such we treat each piece and each order with the care and attention they deserve. Due to the nature of the artworks being delivered we tailor our shipping methods and our packaging to suit each individual order. We will always keep you update with the progress of your order via email, and provide you with tracking so you know when to expect your new purchase. We ship using a range of trusted services which best suit the order. Parcel force for small sized items up to 1000 mm, UPS for medium sized, and a specialist art and glass handler for large items. Everything is packaged by us here in the studio to ensure safe receipt of your Artwork.

E.U. and Worldwide delivery - is possible on all items. Please contact us before placing your order so we can quote you on all the relevant costs. Please do note that in some circumstances import taxes will apply and that you will be responsible for paying those upon receipt of your order. RETURNS

We really do hope that you love your Artwork, but in the unlikely event that you are not entirely happy with your purchase, for whatever reason then please contact us and we can advise you on how to get it back to use safely and securely.

We have shipped pieces all over the world and have yet to have piece damaged yet! But in the event that your Artwork does get damaged in transit then please contact us immediately or within 24 hours of receipt.
